Lymph Loves Deep Breathing

The diaphragm is one of the best lymph pumps in your body. Every deep breath you take helps move lymph through your chest and abdomen.
🌬️ Try this now: Breathe in deeply through your nose for a count of 4, hold for 4, exhale slowly for 6.
Do this a few times throughout the day and especially after your lymphatic drainage session to boost results.
Shallow chest breathing (which many of us do under stress) doesn't support lymph flow. Soften your belly, slow your pace, and breathe like your lymph depends on it—because it does!
