Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a safe and effective massage technique that enhances the proper functioning of the lymphatic system. It uses pumping and sweeping manual movements to stimulate lymph nodes and direct excess fluids to the lymph nodes to eliminate toxins and excess fluids that accumulate in body tissues.
This treatment reduces swelling, fluid retention, improves blood circulation, boosts the immune system and metabolism, reduces stress and anxiety, clears brain fog, increases energy levels, and diminishes the appearance of cellulite.
The session offers immediate sculpting and toning as water weight is naturally eliminated, but lasting results are achieved with regular maintenance (suggested once or twice a month).

Traditional Manual Lymphatic Drainage

The superficial lymphatics lie just below the skin. To guide the lymph to the lymph nodes and eventually returning it to the circulatory system requires specialised skin stretch techniques at a slow pace with light pressure. This slow, rhythmical touch is deeply relaxing, having a direct effect on the parasympathetic nervous system.
This treatment is recommended for pre and post-surgery for both orthopaedic and plastic / cosmetic surgery to help reduce swelling, bruising and promote recovery.
This session is performed directly on the skin with no oil.
