Lymph Loves Fascia

Ah, fascia. The beautiful, web-like connective tissue that wraps around muscles, organs, and pretty much everything in the body. When fascia is healthy and hydrated, it allows lymph fluid to move easily through the interstitial spaces. But when fascia is tight, sticky, or dehydrated, it can block lymph flow like a traffic jam.
The good news? Fascia responds really well to gentle stimulation. Think: foam rolling, stretching, bouncing, and of course, lymphatic massage. During your sessions, I work specifically with the superficial fascial layers to encourage flow and loosen restrictions. But you can also help at home with things like dry brushing, gentle rebounding, or even rolling around on the floor like a happy cat.
Keeping your fascia healthy keeps your lymph fluid flowing, your joints happier, and your body feeling more free.
